+ When will I see results?

Results are immediate and will continue to improve over the next 1 to 2 weeks as skin cells are given time to increase collagen and elastin production.

+ How do you apply the mask?

(1) Thoroughly cleanse face with appropriate cleanser.

(2) Open and gently remove mask from enclosed tray and apply to contour of face.

(3) Leave mask on for 30-minutes, massaging periodically.

(4) Remove XO8 Placenta Stem Cell Mask and discard.Smooth remaining serum.

(5) Finish with XO8 Placenta Stem Serum and SPF for glowing, healthy skin.

+ How do I use the serum?

Apply to a freshly cleansed face, neck, and décolletage morning and evening. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. XO8 Revitalizing Elixir is suitable for all skin types, is non-comedogenic and cruelty free.

+ How do I store XO8 Products?

XO8 Products should be kept in a temperature controlled environment. While refrigeration isn’t necessary, our mask feels fantastic right out of the fridge! Avoid storing XO8 Products in hot/humid environments. Room temperature is perfect!

+ What do I do with the remaining essence from the mask package?

XO8 Mask is deemed a one time only use treatment mask. However, you can place any remaining essence from the packet into a zipper bag and place it in the refrigerator to use in the morning and evening on a freshly cleansed face.

Apply remaining serum with clean hands. Clean hands = happy face!

+ How do I use the LightStim?

LightStim suggests using LightStim for Wrinkles 5-7 days a week, 3 minutes per area. For more detailed instructions, please visit LightStim to review additional FAQs regarding the use of their unit.

+ What is your shipping policy?

XO8 Cosmeceuticals ships via USPS Priority Mail.

There is a flat fee of $15.00 per order for all US orders under $300.00. Free Shipping is automatically applied on any US order over $300.00

+ What is your return policy?

XO8 Cosmeceuticals will gladly exchange any damaged product within seven (7) days of purchase. In order for XO8 Skin to accept a return for damaged items, please complete the following steps:

(1) Take photos of any damaged item(s) and email them to info@xo8cosmeceuticals.com along with a request for a Return Shipping Label.

(2) Repackage your shipment, apply the label and return to your local USPS. Once your return is received, we will process your refund.

Please note that shipping and return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your return balance.
